ReplyDeleteI think Donald Maass' book "THE FIRE IN FICTION" helped me the most when my story felt as if it were dragging. I listened to Aaron Sorkin on YouTube too regarding dialogue. And then there's always GMC. Throw everything at the hero and see how he gets out of it. Conflict always picks up the pace. Hope that helps.
